Grief doesn't end.
Neither should hope.
This is a space for both.
Through conversations, stories, and honest reflection,
The Grieving Optimist explores what it means to carry loss and still choose joy.
Listen. Read. Be a witness to someone else's story.
Let yours be witnessed too.
I didn't come to grief as an expert. I came to it the way most of us do, again and again, across many losses, each one arriving in its own way. Somewhere alongside the pain came something I didn't expect: curiosity. A need to understand what grief asks of us, how it reshapes us, and how it can connect us more deeply with one another.
Along the way I became the person who shows up.
And I've learned that what people need most in those moments isn't advice. It's witness. This is the space I built for all of us who are still figuring out how to carry it.
